How I work
I believe that engaging with difficult feelings and thoughts, and by reflecting on them in a safe space, one can experience progress in therapy and in the outside world.
Over the years, I have worked with people from a variety of backgrounds, I have supported them through difficult times by providing a space to express these thoughts and feelings and to understand themselves better, in relationship with themselves and others.
I facilitate a warm, nonjudgmental and personable environment, where people can feel safe and listened to. As part of this process, I also offer my own reflections, when I think they can help - as looking at situations from different perspectives can be life-changing - and because I believe that a sense of self-understanding can be co-created through relating with others.
